[ARCHIVED] Douglas County Top E-911 Positions Filled


 Douglas County, GA. – During a time when many companies are challenged with finding good quality employees, Douglas County E-911 was fortunate to find two talented and experienced staff members to lead and run the E-911 operations center for Douglas County. 

Douglas County Fire & EMS Chief Roderick Jolivette who now oversees the E-911 department has selected Ms. Katrina Harley to be the next E-911 Director and Teena Donnell to be the next E-911 Deputy Director. 

“Harley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, and more importantly she brings real time solutions to difficult workforce challenges,” Chief Jolivette said. “Harley’s expertise and overall job experience in critical care life situations helped cast her as the best choice for the job.” 

Teena Donnell is no stranger to Douglas County’s E-911 Operations Center, bringing decades of experience to her new role as Deputy Director. “Donnell has the knowledge, skills and abilities to improve the communications at E-911,” Chief Jolivette said. “We believe Donnell and Harley can help take Douglas County E-911 to the next level, using our advanced technology and other tools to continue maximizing the potential for success in emergency situations.” 

Chief Jolivette formed a four-person panel to help with the hiring process. Both ladies start in their new roles on January 24, 2022.
